ArgyleSocial release a new infographic that details when it is a good time to post and creat the best engagement.
No suprise – if you are on Facebook and/or Twitter and looking to reach other businesses – do it during the work week. When you are looking to reach consumers at home, reach them when they are not at the office. Marketing is 24/7 and social does not rest. Ensure that you are scheduling or manning the posting/tweet station on the weekends folks.
Think too about time of day – daytime for B2B and towards the end of the week as the work week winds down. Weekend evenings and especially Sundays for those reaching consumers. Really a no-brainer. When are you able to access or find the time to access Facebook or twitter as a business or consumer user?
While there is nothing too new in this study, it is a handy visual guide to understand and remind ourselves that social platforms are really just another reflection of the life we lead.
Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips and hints for newbie blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
UOF – I try focus on social media, sometimes commenting on mobile, so do not get into much on how to write blogs. This is a good resource though – http://www.copyblogger.com/copywriting-101/. As for your comments being eaten, all comments are approved once I read them, so that is probably why it did not show. Hope that helps.
